Service Level Agreement
MenuMundo* is committed to providing reliable, high quality services to its customers. The following terms are designed to ensure that our customers receive the best possible website performance and uptime.
99.9% Uptime Guarantee
MenuMundo guarantees that the your website will be functioning and available 99.9% of the time, excluding Maintenance (defined below). If that is not the case, you are entitled to a website downtime refund. “Website Downtime” is defined as the inability to load your website due to a failure of network or server equipment managed by MenuMundo.
Website Downtime Refund
In order to claim a credit, the customer must contact MenuMundo support regarding the issue. All downtimes will be measured from the time support has been contacted and validated by MenuMundo support technicians to the time we are able to resolve the issue.
For each 1/2 hour of downtime, the customer will receive 10% off the monthly website package fee. In no event will a customer receive greater than 100% discount off the monthly fee. Credit will be issued only to accounts that are in good standing. No credit will be applied to accounts that are past-due or for accounts that are cancelled before the conditions for payment of the credit are met.
Maintenance
”Maintenance” is defined as any website maintenance in which the customer is notified at least 24 hours beforehand.
