Adding a Menu Category
Menu categories allow you to group your menu items into categories such as Appetizers, Soup & Salad, Sandwiches, Entrees, etc.
Adding a menu category is very similar to adding a menu.

- Add a menu category by either choosing 'Add new category' or use the Add Item drop-down.
- Supply a title, and optionally, a description for the menu category.
